Using the Main Menu Navigation
By using the main menu you will arrive at the shop as a place to begin. Castelli firstly offers a choice of product function, either notebooks or diaries. Once selected Castelli then present the different design themes within their notebook or diary collections. You can then click on a design theme to discover more, enabling you to see the variances of product within the design theme. Discover more about a particular product by clicking onto the main image to reveal choices from the Castelli colour pallet, and graphical page design of that unique product.
Using the Search Function
We have a search function on the website that can assist pointing you in the right direction. There are a few ways this can be helpful:
Searching By Product Code
Each product has a product code which denotes the page design / design theme - colour. You can find a products code displayed on the packaging (excluding colour variant) when you buy a Castelli product. Make a note if you wish for quick search results. Another helpful place you can find the product code is on your electronic order confirmation. We also have an additional place where our collection products are featured in our current catalogue publication (excluding the Essentials range).
Collective or Generic Search
This function will allow you to find products under wider themes. We aim to cover all of the different themes and if you consider a theme we have not covered an important one, please ‘contact us’ email@example.com so we can account for this in the future.

We provide the following payment options. You can pay using Pay Pal or through a card payment using our secure online shop or alternatively by telephone where an approved person will take your details. All details given are in confidence and are guided by the Data Protection Act 1998.
Orders and Returns...
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your internet shop purchase, we are happy that you return items within 14 days, sadly items that have been personalised cannot be returned.
For UK orders please send at your cost to ‘Returns’ at Castelli, Dowding Way, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 3UY, the items in their original condition with an enclosed proof of purchase (either a copy of the delivery note or the order acknowledgement) and we’ll make an exchange or refund as advised.
For orders outside the UK please contact us so we can respond appropriately to your needs, email firstname.lastname@example.org or correspondence to Castelli, Dowding Way, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 3UY.
On receipt of the items you return we will respond as indicated by you on the bottom of your delivery note titled ‘Returns’. If you do not have your delivery note please use your order acknowledgement and write what you need from Castelli. If you have indicated you wish a refund or exchange please be aware it can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders
Every item we sell is carefully packed and inspected prior to sending. If items are missing, defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Please always contact us before returning goods to us, so that we can advise on the most efficient means of delivery. All notifications must be made within 7 days of receipt of order, and goods must be returned within 14 days
Where the product is personalised we don’t offer refunds, what we do is to replace the items if they are found to be faulty, incorrect or damaged. Postage charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty. Returned goods must be in absolutely new and unused condition to qualify for a refund. Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. To help with this you may wish to consider sending items by tracked means, for example you can ask the post office for a free certificate of postage.
Changing Your Order
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If your order has already been sent from the warehouse, then when you receive your items you’ll need to return following our returns procedure on how to do so. If your order hasn’t left the warehouse yet, we may be able to change the delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely.

Cancelling Your Order
In the event of any unwanted items and your order has been despatched from our workshop, you’ll need to return the item following our returns procedure. Please be aware that there are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including personalised orders. Please read our terms and conditions for further details.
Using the Main Menu Navigation
We offer a personalisation service that facilitates you to place your name and or a short message onto the front cover design of selected Castelli items. Please note that not all items are suitable for personalisation, further guidance on the products that are suitable is provided at the time of ordering with the presence of a selectable personalisation menu. Each personalisation of which you may choose 2 lines of personalisation can comprise of up to 25 characters. We use 2 font sizes for the different sized items, 16 point & 18 point both in Sans Serif font, upper and lower case. The size of personalisation used will be influenced by the material and design of each item. We use gold & silver foils and a blind debossing technique to sympathetically feature your personalisation.
Your personalisation will feature on the front cover, justified from the bottom right hand side of the book. Some designs may preclude this position of personalisation, which we will then use an alternative position at our discretion. We believe that the personalisation of your chosen item needs to be done perfectly, so we hope you can appreciate that this takes a little time to get it right for you.

For all orders placed before 1.00pm each day, for delivery within mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Ireland), the following services will be provided. If you require your items to be personalised please allow for additional time.

Free Delivery within mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Ireland) if you spend over £25.00 with our ‘Super Saver’ shipping service.
Spend over £150.00 and receive Free ‘Tracked’ shipping, UK, NI & many European addresses. For Worldwide orders, delivery times and cost will vary subject to location.
Please request a delivery quote before purchasing or simply use the ‘Get Quote’ function within your shopping basket. Deliveries can take up to 28 days due to shipping and customs clearance times.
